Tools to manage your e-documents - Help

You can view your documents:

• by specific bank account (View by account tab)
• by date (View by date tab)
• in a customised folder created by you (View by folder tab)
• or by searching for a specific document using the search engine (Advanced search tab)

- The most recently generated documents are at the top of the list.

- Unread documents are in bold.

- Only documents from the last two months are displayed on the screen. To view documents older than this, simply click on More documents.

A search engine is provided to help you to easily find one or several specific documents. Click on the Search engine tab at the top of the page to access the search engine. You can then choose one or more search criteria:

• Securities account
• Cash account
• Folder (customised directory)
• Type of document (debit advice, etc.)
• Date of production
• Search text (for example, you can find a document by typing the name of your doctor, a specific amount or an invoice number)
• Document statement number

Click Search. The list of documents found is displayed.

You can, for example, combine all your account statements for a given year in a single PDF e-document, which you can then save or print.

Select the documents to be merged and click on the Merge icon to create a single PDF document comprising the e-documents selected. A maximum of 50 e-documents can be selected at a time.

Select the document(s) to be deleted and click on the Delete icon .

The e-documents are not definitively deleted, however; they are simply no longer displayed on the screen. For legal reasons, we are not permitted to destroy your bank documents. You can therefore access them again using the search engine by ticking Include deleted documents.

You have three options:

• Save your PDF documents on your computer
• Print and file them as you would with paper statements
• Archive them in BILnet using customised folders

Select the document(s) to be archived and click on the Move icon

Tick the New folder option, type in a name for the new folder and click Validate. You can then access this folder at any time under e-documents.

Select the document(s) to be transferred and click on the Move icon .

Move the document(s) to an existing folder or to a new customised folder.

Click on Manage my folders , Select the folder to be deleted and click on the Delete icon , Delete the folder and validate .

After the folder has been deleted, the documents contained in it are not destroyed but rather they are automatically transferred to your non-archived folder.

Click on Manage my folders Select the folder to be renamed and click on the Modify icon , Change the name and validate .
