The new initial password will take effect on the next business day after the renewal date and will be posted to you using the address you have given us.

You may then order a LuxTrust product.
Is it possible to block access to BILnet?
You can perform this operation via the client area by clicking on “Your account”, “Security” and “Block client access”. Alternatively you can contact our Call Centre and ask us to block your access. You may then request that your access be reactivated by visiting one of our branches.
